Abeomics offers new stable GFP reporter cell lines, in which GFP expression is tightly controlled by Tet-On and Tet-Off systems. In the Tet-On/GFP reporter cell line, GFP expression is turned on by adding doxycycline, while in the Tet-Off/GFP reporter cell line, the GFP expression is turned off by adding doxycycline. So those two cell lines allow researchers to freely control the expression of GFP in the cells for experimental purposes.
