Serial diluted anti-Eribulin monoclonal antibody (12-9653) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. From above data, the EC50 for anti-Eribulin monoclonal antibody binding with IgG-Eribulin is 2.587ng/ml.
