Source : Human pooled serum. The Human LRG1 produced from human pooled serum has a molecular mass of 34.35kDa (calculated without glycosylation) containing 312 amino acid residues. LRG1 belongs to the leucine-rich repeat (LRR) family of proteins, which have been shown to be involved in protein-protein interaction, signal transduction, and cell adhesion and development. The LRG1 is expressed during granulocyte differentiation.
It is recommended to add deionized water to prepare a working stock solution of approximately 0.5 mg/ml and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely. Product is not sterile! Please filter the product by an appropriate sterile filter before using it in the cell culture.
