It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized IL 1 alpha Recombinant in sterile distilled H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions. The ED50 as determined by a cell proliferation assay using murine D10S cells is less than 10 pg/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of > 1.0x108IU/mg.
