Figure-1: Intracellular staining of IL-17A in PBMC treated with PMA (25ng/ml) and ionomycin (250ng/ml) for overnight, then Brefedin A (1x) was added to cells for 4hr prior to harvest. Anti- IL-17A (Clone: ABM2B14) was used at 2 µg/10^6 cells. Green represents isotype control (ABEOMICS); red represents Anti-IL-17A. Goat anti-mouse PE conjugate (ABEOMICS) was used as secondary antibody.
