Non-Metastatic Cells 3 or NME3 is a possible suppressor of metastasis. NME3 can be found at a lower levels in greatly metastatic cells when compared to cells that has less metastatic potential NME3 is crucial for the nucleoside triphosphates synthesis, also, in apoptosis induction & hematopoiesis. NME3 is can be expressed during early stages of myeloid differentiation of greatly purified CD34+ cells.
NME3 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 169 amino acids (22-169 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 19.1kDa.NME3 is fused to a 21 amino acid His tag at N-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Specific activity is > 150unit/mg, and is defined as the amount of enzyme that convert 1.0 umole each of ATP and TDP to ADP and TTP per minute at pH 7.5 at 25C in a couple system with PK/LDH.
