Recombinant Human Alpha-1-Acid Glycoprotein 1/AGP1 (C-His)
|Alternative Name :||AGP 1; Orosomucoid-1; OMD 1; ORM1; AGP1|
|Amount :||50 µg|
Alpha-1-Acid Glycoprotein 1 (AGP1) is an acute-phase protein secreted by the liver and is a member of the calycin superfamily. The expression of AGP1 increases 5 to 50-fold fold upon inflammation, which is regulated by glucocorticoids, interleukin-1 and interleukin-6. AGP1 binds various ligands in the interior of its beta-barrel domain. It also binds synthetic drugs and influences their distribution and availability in the body.
|Content :||Lyophilized from a 0.2 um filtered solution of PBS, pH7.2|
|Amino acid sequence :||Recombinant Human Alpha-1-Acid Glycoprotein 1 is produced by Human 293 Cells. The target gene encoding Q19-S201 is expressed with a 8His tag at the C-terminus.|
