FcRn Stable Cell Line-CHO-K1-Human
|Amount :||1 vials|
|Content :||Each Vial contains cells in 95% complete growth medium+ 5% DMSO|
|Storage condition :||Immediately upon receipt, store in liquid nitrogen.|
|Alternative Name :||FCGRT (for FcRn), and Beta-2-Microglobulin (for B2M)|
|Immunogen Information :||This cell line is stably co-expressing β2-microglobulin (beta(2)m) which is important for cell surface expression of FcRn. Association of FcRn alpha-chain with beta(2)m is also important for IgG binding.|
This gene encodes a receptor that binds the Fc region of monomeric immunoglobulin G. The encoded protein transfers immunoglobulin G antibodies from mother to fetus across the placenta. This protein also binds immunoglobulin G to protect the antibody from degradation.
Application: Screen for antibodies through Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry or Western blotting.
Culture Medium: F12K, 10% FBS, 8 µg/ml Puromycin, 400 µg/ml Hygromycin B
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic/therapeutics procedures.
