Figure 1: Human HeLa cells were stained with monoclonal antibody 34-1096 (green), which binds to a nuclear pore complex antigen, and chicken antibody to vimentin 34-1126 (red). Note the close apposition of cytoplasmic vimentin intermediate filaments with the nuclear membrane, revealed by the 34-1096 binding to the nuclear pores.
