IRF4 (interferon regulatory factor 4) is a 52 kDa intracellular protein, serving as a transcription factor important for pre-B cell development, maturation, and plasma cell differentiation, as well as for development and function of macrophages and dendritic cells. It is expressed also in activated T cells, multiple myeloma, and some other carcinomas. It binds to the interferon-stimulated response element of the MHC class I promoter.
Flow cytometry: Recommended dilution: 1-5 μg/ml. Intracellular staining.
